Screen Printing Specifications

File Requirements:

High-resolution files are a must.

Preferred formats: .CDR, .AI, or .EPS (without bitmap embedded images).

Raster image formats should be either .TIFF, .EPS, .CDR, or .PSD for both single and multi-color graphics. Ensure they have transparent backgrounds and aren't flattened.

Convert all text to outlines before submission.

Should any print not meet our standards, we offer full refunds or re-prints per item. Please notify us within 48 hours of product receipt.

Garment Policy

Ensure garments are suitable for the chosen print method. New, unwashed clothing only. Provided garments are at the customer's risk. A 5% room for error is acknowledged.

Dye Migration Warning

For specific fabrics, dye migration can occur, leading to potential discoloration of the applied ink. Majestic Teez uses advanced inks to minimize this, but the risk remains and must be acknowledged by the customer.

Cancellation & Payment Policies

Cancellation: Customers are responsible for garment costs if orders are canceled post-purchase. Refunds for any remaining deposit are processed in 7 to 10 business days, based on the payment method.

Payment Timeline: Once notified of order completion, customers have 7 days to make payment. Post this period, a storage fee of $5 per day applies
